I don't know who these people are with the poor reviews or I would guess they may be fictional characters carrying a personal grudge. I have been going to Tropical Escape for many years. Jennifer and her staff are nothing less than professional. They are educated professionals and treat their clients with respect. I am a client of Jennfier's but have had my hair done by two of her other stylist in a pinch and have been nothing less than pleased. I will continue to go there for my haircuts and colors, manicures. pedicures and facials. I have referred many individuals that are now regular clients. I would like to give them the "Excellent Review" that they have earned and deserve.

AMAZING SALON! Wonderful, professional, friendly, educated staff that always provides the BEST of every service. Jen and her team are incredible at what they do! I love that the staff is always up to-date with the latest styles and trends. I go to Tropical Escape to get my hair, nails, & eyelash extensions done. I love that I can go tanning here, and absolutely LOVE the red light therapy! It's the absolute best place to go and pamper yourself and it is worth every penny! I highly reccomend!
I've gone to Jen for a few years now! She always does exactly what I want and I've never left unsatisfied. She always gets me in for an appointment fast. She just put hair extensions in for me and I love them!
,Terrible Service the owner even did my hair and must it up I want it highlights and my whole head is blonde in my whole scalp is Brown so it looks like I need my roots touched up for $80 a waste of money and time Do not go to this place I even watched another girl younger sitting in the chair next to me get her hair done and the whole back of it wasn't even the color is supposed to be-and it Never got fixed after it was mentioned Do not waste your time
